Bakan Tekin, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti Ankara Büyükelçisi Jiang Xuebin’i kabul etti. Görüşmede, eğitim alanında kurslar düzenlenmesi, karşılıklı olarak Çince ve Türkçe öğretmenlerinin görevlendirilmesi ve burs kontenjanlarının artırılması konuları ele alındı.
