Minik Eller, Tel Bebekler Cumhurbaşkanlığı Millet Kütüphanesi TÜBİTAK Bilim ve Teknoloji Atölyeleri'nde çocuklarımız, kendi tel bebeklerini tasarlarken hem el becerilerini geliştiriyor hem de tasarımın bilimsel düşünmenin ilk adımı olduğunu keşfediyor.
