Bugün yeni umutlarla, yediden yetmişe tüm vatandaşlarımızı heyecanlandıran yeni konut hamleleriyle güzel İstanbul’umuzdaydık. Türkiye’nin en büyük sosyal devlet projelerinden birini daha hayata geçirmeye başlayacak ve hep beraber Ev Sahibi Türkiye diyeceğiz.

500 bin sosyal konut projemizle vatandaşlarımız uzun vadeli, düşük taksitli ve güvenli bir şekilde ev sahibi olacak. Böylelikle son dönemde olağan dışı artan kira fiyatlarına karşı güçlü bir kalkan oluşturacağız.

Türkiye Yüzyılı’nda Yüzyılın Konut Projesi’ni hayata geçiriyor, 500 bin sosyal konut seferberliğimizi başlatıyoruz. Projemizle 81 ilimizin tamamına toplam 500 bin konut yapacağız.

Şimdilik sadece İstanbul’umuzda uygulanacak model ile TOKİ eliyle kiralama sistemini kuruyoruz. İnşallah böylece İstanbul’daki fahiş kira sorununa ilk neşteri vurmuş olacağız. Bunun dışında da fahiş kira sorunuyla mücadelemiz sürecek.

Ev Sahibi Türkiye 81 ilimizde 500.000 yeni sosyal konut ile milletimizi TOKİ güvencesiyle sağlam yuvalara kavuşturacak Yüzyılın Konut Proje’mizin detayları.

Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Yüzyılın Konut Projesi Programı’nda konuştu: “Projemizle 81 ilimizin tamamına toplam 500 bin konut yapacağız. Bu 500 bin konutun 100 binini İstanbul’a ayırdık. İstanbul’umuzun her iki yakasında toplam 100 bin konut inşa edeceğiz. Ankara’ya 30 bin; İzmir’e 21 bin; Bursa, Gaziantep ve Konya’ya 13 bin; Hatay ve Diyarbakır’a ise 12 bin yeni yuva kazandıracağız. Emanetlerine gözümüz gibi baktığımız şehitlerimizin kıymetli ailelerine, kahraman gazilerimize ve engelli kardeşlerimize yüzde 5 oranında ayrı bir kontenjan ayırdık. Aynı şekilde, 3 ve daha fazla çocuğu olan ailelerimize, yüzde 10’luk bir kontenjan tahsis ettik. Yıllar yılı çalışmış; emeğiyle, hizmetiyle bu ülkeye değer katmış emeklilerimizi tabii ki unutmadık. Emekli vatandaşlarımıza da proje kapsamında yüzde 20 kontenjan ayırdık.” Ev Sahibi Türkiye

Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: “500 Bin Sosyal Konut Projemiz’de de çok önemli bir bölümü yine gençlerimize ayırdık. Konut projemizdeki yuvaların yüzde 20’sini, 18-30 yaş aralığındaki gençlerimize tahsis ediyoruz. Eğitimden iş hayatına, barınmadan ulaşıma, gençlerimizi her alanda desteklemeye devam edeceğiz. Şimdiden hayırlı uğurlu olsun, diyorum. Diğer taraftan, inşa edeceğimiz konutlar 2+1 ve 1+1 evlerden oluşacak. Evlerimizin tamamı yatay mimariye ve geleneksel dokuya uygun şekilde tasarlanacak. Projemize 18 yaşını doldurmuş tüm vatandaşlarımız başvurabilecek. Ancak önceliğimiz, henüz evi olmayan vatandaşlarımızdır. Önce bu kardeşlerimizi ev sahibi yapmak istiyoruz. Bundan dolayı, tapuda eşi veya çocuklarının üzerine kayıtlı evi olanlar, bu aşamada başvuru yapamayacak.” Ev Sahibi Türkiye

Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: “Türkiye’ye ilkleri yaşatmaya devam ediyoruz. Yine bir ilki başarıyor; bu kez kiralık konut uygulamamızı devreye alıyoruz. Şimdilik sadece İstanbul’umuzda uygulanacak bu modelle, TOKİ eliyle kiralama sistemini kuruyoruz. Proje çerçevesinde, İstanbul’da 100 bin konutun yanı sıra, 15 bin adet kiralık konut belirledik. Kiralık Sosyal Konut projemiz kapsamında; işçi ve memurlarımız asgari ücretli ve sosyal hak sahibi ailelerimiz, genç çiftlerimiz ve Kentsel Dönüşüm Kanunu kapsamına giren hak sahiplerimiz için ayırdığımız kontenjanları önümüzdeki günlerde milletimizle paylaşacağız. Konutlarımız, bölgedeki rayicin yarı fiyatına kiralanacak ve kira sözleşmeleri 3 yılı kapsayacak. Sözleşme süresi sona erdiğinde, tahliye ve bakım süreçleri tamamlanarak konutlar yeniden kiraya verilecek. Bu konutlarımızın bakımı, yönetimi ve denetimi ise devletimizin teminatı altında olacak.
