Güçlü Türkiye İçin Güçlü İşgücü 2002 yılından bugüne kadınların işgücüne katılımının ve istihdamının artırılması için birçok projeyi hayata geçirdik. Bu amacın bir parçası olan Kayıtlı Kadın İstihdamının Desteklenmesi Projesi (WOMEN-UP) başarıyla tamamlandı. 2 faz halinde pilot illerde uyguladığımız projeyle; kadın işverenlere ilave istihdam ettikleri her bir kadın işçi için 55 ayda toplam 2 milyar TL’ye yakın hibe sağladık. 1. fazdan; 6 bin 201 kadın işveren, 8 bin 667 kadın işçi, 2. fazdan; 2 bin 809 kadın işveren, 3 bin 157 kadın işçi faydalandı.

Kadın girişimciliğini, kadınların işgücüne ve üretime katılmasını her alanda desteklemeye devam ediyoruz. Kapanış toplantısını gerçekleştirdiğimiz; Kayıtlı Kadın İstihdamının Desteklenmesi Projemiz (WOMEN-UP) ile kadın işverenlere ve kadın işçilere yönelik önemli bir hibe programını tamamladık.

Kadınların istihdamda daha güçlü bir şekilde yer almalarının; ailelerimizin refahına, toplumumuzun gelişmesine ve ülkemizin sürdürülebilir kalkınmasına katkı sağlayacağına inanıyoruz. Gelecek dönemde de kadın girişimcilerin desteklenmesi ve kayıtlı kadın istihdamının teşvik edilmesi için çalışmalarımızı sürdüreceğiz. Projemize emek veren başta çalışma arkadaşlarımız olmak üzere tüm taraflara, katılım sağlayan kıymetli Milletvekillerimize teşekkür ediyorum.
