Abdullah Bahadır Alperen, Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakan Yardımcısı Faruk Özçelik, Milli Savunma Bakan Yardımcısı Musa Heybet, AK Parti Kahramanmaraş Milletvekili Vahit Kirişçi, AK Parti İstanbul Milletvekili Süleyman Soylu, MHP Kocaeli Milletvekili Saffet Sancaklı telgrafları ile törenimize katkı sundular.

Törende söz alan Genel Başkanımız Türkeş Güney; “Liyakat denildiğinde yalnızca işin ehline verilmesi akıllara gelmesin. Liyakat kamu görevinin bir emanete dönüştüğü yerde sadakat ile birleşir; devlete sadakat, hukuka sadakat, millete sadakat… İlkemiz açık ve temizdir. Devlet memuru; herhangi bir oluşuma değil, Anayasaya ve milletin iradesine bağlıdır. Türkiye Kamu-Sen olarak hazırladığımız Ocak ayında kamuoyu ile buluşan “Türk Asrında Yeni Kamu Personel Rejimi” çalışmamız ve önerimiz bu anlamda Şehit Bakanımızın icraatleri ve düsturunda ilhamla ortaya çıkmıştır. 21. Yüzyılın Türk Asrı olacağına inanıyoruz ve destekliyoruz, bu kapsamda makale yarışmamıza katılan tüm kalemlere, ödül alan meslektaşlarımızı tebrik ediyor; ortaya koydukları fikri emeği harekete geçirecek bir sürecin gönüllüsü olmalarını kutluyoruz. Yarışmaya katılan her eseri, Türk Büro-Sen olarak açık erişimli bir kitap haline getirerek kamuoyunun istifadesine sunacağız.” dedi.

Türk devlet geleneğinin temel taşlarından olan liyakat ve dürüstlük ilkelerini yaşatmak amacıyla düzenlenen Şehit Bakan Gün Sazak “Kamuda Liyakat ve Dürüstlük” Makale Yarışması Ödül Töreni, büyük bir anlam ve coşku içinde gerçekleştirildi.

Devlet yönetiminde ahlak, şeffaflık ve adalet vurgusuyla düzenlenen programda, değerli katılımcılarımızın fikirleriyle kamu ahlakı bilincine katkı sunuldu. “Bir gün devlet; namuslu, şerefli, haysiyetli ve devlet idaresine layık insanların idaresine geçtiği zaman, bütün hastalıklar kökünden temizlenmiş olacak.” — Şehit Gümrük ve Tekel Bakanı Gün Sazak

Gümrük ve Tekel Bakanlığı yaptığı dönemde rüşvetin ve kaçaklığın kökünü kuruttuğu için, gümrük baronlarının, rüşvetçi ağababaların tetikçisi, devsollu teröristlerin şehit ettiği Gün Sazak Beyefendi’nin aziz hatırasına hürmetle, Türk Büro Sen Genel Merkezi tarafından düzenlenen “Kamuda Liyakat ve Dürüstlük”konulu makale yarışmasında birinci ola Hakan Uzun’a plaketini takdim ettik. Başarılarının devamını dilerim.
