Genel Müdürlüğümüz koordinasyonunda 13-17 Ekim 2025 tarihleri arasında Mersin Suphi Öner Öğretmenevi ve Akşam Sanat Okulunda, Bakanlığımız temizlik, güvenlik, ulaştırma, teknisyen ve büro personeline yönelik Sürekli İşçi Motivasyon Semineri düzenlenmiştir. Seminere, Bakanlığımız Merkez Bina, Ek Bina, Gölbaşı, Teknikokullar, Beşevler, Gümüşdere, Yenimahalle ve TTKB OSTİM yerleşkelerinde görev yapan çalışanlarımız katılmıştır.

Söz konusu seminer, mesleki eğitim, halkla ilişkiler, iletişim becerileri, değerlerimiz, görgü kuralları, ekip çalışması, çatışma ve stres yönetimi, verimli çalışma teknikleri, zaman ve öfke yönetimi, işçi-işveren ilişkileri, toplu iş sözleşmesi uygulamaları ve tutanak oluşturma teknikleri konularında katılımcıların farkındalıklarını artırmak amacıyla düzenlenmiştir.
