Başkanlar Kurulu ile istişarelerimizi gerçekleştirdik, Eğitim-Bir-Sen 20.Türkiye Buluşmamızı tamamladık.

İşimizin hakkını verdiğimiz için 1124 Kazanıma imza attık. İşimizin hakkını vermek için 8. Dönem Toplu Sözleşme’de imza atmadık. Bizim sözümüz, imzamız kadar kıymetli, duruşumuz, kazanımlarımız kadar değerlidir. “Eğitim-Bir-Sen 20. Türkiye Buluşması” vesilesiyle Şube Yönetim Kurulu, İlçe Temsilcisi ve Şube Kadın Komisyonu Temsilci olmak üzere 2000’i aşkın lider kadromuzla buluştuk. Başarının tesadüf olmadığını ortaya koyan, Adanmışlığın, fedakârlığın, dava şuurunun gereğini yapan, “Mensubiyetimiz mesuliyetimizdir” şiarıyla görevini asla ihmal etmeyen, Filizi fidana, fidanı ormana, hikâyemizi destana dönüştüren, Sermayesi cesareti, iradesi inancı, enerjisi idealleri olan, ­Emeğin örgütlü gücü, ­Türkiye’nin erdemliler hareketi, ­#EğitimBirSen’imizin muazzez liderlerine, uç beylerimize, teşkilatımızın öz suyu kıymetli üyelerimize selam olsun #SoyluMücadeleBüyükBuluşma

Eğitim Bir-Sen; Sendikacılığın Kitabını Yazan En Güçlü Sendikadır Eğitim Bir-Sen, sendikacılığın kitabını yazmış, tarihine yön vermiş ve kazanımlarıyla takdir edilmiş teşkilatın adıdır. Toplu Görüşme’den Toplu Sözleşme’ye giden yolu açan, her sözleşme döneminde yeni kazanımlar elde eden, yasakları kaldıran, dayatmaları bitiren sendikanın adıdır Eğitim Bir-Sen… Akademik personel, öğretmen, şef, amir, şube müdürü, yardımcı hizmetler ile genel idare hizmetler ve diğer personele yönelik ilave haklar alan, eğitim müfredatının iyileştirilmesinden akademik çalışmalara imza atan bu teşkilat; yanlışa, haksızlığa, hukuksuzluğa karşıda mücadelesini sürdürecektir. Yetkiyi ilk aldığımız Toplu Görüşme döneminde “Toplu Sözleşme Yoksa Masada Yokuz” dediğimizde “nasıl olacak” “imkansız” diyenlere karşı “Biz ne dediğimizi ve niye dediğimizi çok iyi biliyoruz” dedik. Bugün de “Bu Kanunla artık yol yürünmez.” “Yeni Kanun yoksa, memura hakkı teslim edilmiyorsa, masada da huzur yok!” diyerek ne dediğimizi, niye dediğimizi çok iyi biliyoruz. Eğitim Bir-Sen ve Memur-Sen olarak; “Masada düzeni sağlayacak, sahada yetkilinin hakkını teslim edecek, sürenin adaletsizliğini bitirecek, tutanak sistemini getirecek, adil hakem dağılımını sağlayacak, dayanışma aidatını getirecek, grev hakkını eksiksiz verecek” yeni Kanunu hayata geçireceğiz. Mücadelemizle, gayretimizle ve emeğimizle ilk işimiz 4688 sayılı Kanunu ILO normlarına ve evrensel ilkelere uyumlu hale getirmektir. Biz kamu görevlileri sendikacılığının kitabını yazmış, tarihine yön vermiş teşkilatız. Sendikacılığın yeni mevzuatını yazacak, haksızlığı bitirecek, adaletsizliğe dur diyecek olan da yine biziz… #SoyluMücadeleBüyükBuluşma

Gazze’nin Tarafı, Direnişin Sesiyiz İsrail’li teröristler; Gazze’yi dünyadan yalıtarak ve açık hava hapishanesine çevirerek teknolojik silahlarla yok etmeye çalıştılar. Ne direnişçileri yenebildiler ne de halkın iradesini kırabildiler. Filistin’i yok etmek için yola çıktılar ancak her yerin Filistin olacağını tahmin edemediler.
