Türkiye Maarif Vakfı tarafından Büyükşehir Belediyemizin ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen “4. Uluslararası Balkanlarda Türkçe Öğretimi ve Türkoloji Sempozyumu” başladı. 7 Kasım tarihine kadar sürecek sempozyumda Türkiye ile birlikte 10 ülke yer alıyor. Sempozyum kapsamında Türkçe öğretimi, Türkoloji çalışmaları ve kültürel etkileşimler ele alınacak.

Balkanlarda Türkçe ve Türkoloji Sempozyumu Konya’da Başladı

Türkiye Maarif Vakfı öncülüğünde, çeşitli kurum ve üniversitelerin iş birliğiyle düzenlenen Uluslararası Balkanlarda Türkçe Öğretimi ve Türkoloji Sempozyumu’nun dördüncüsü bu yıl Konya’da başladı. Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesinin ev sahipliğinde gerçekleşen sempozyum, Balkanlar’da Türkçe öğretimi ve Türkoloji alanındaki akademik birikimi kamuoyuyla paylaşmayı hedefliyor. İlk kez 2022 yılında Arnavutluk’ta Tiran New York Üniversitesi’nde gerçekleştirilen sempozyum, daha sonra 2023’te İstanbul Üniversitesi’nde, 2024’te ise Bosna-Hersek’te Uluslararası Saraybosna Üniversitesi’nde düzenlenmişti. Her yıl düzenlenen bu uluslararası etkinlik, bölgedeki Türkçe ve Türkoloji çalışmalarına yeni bir ivme kazandırmayı amaçlıyor.

Sempozyuma Türkiye Maarif Vakfı Başkanı Mahmut M. Özdil, Konya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkan Vekili Mustafa Uzbaş, TMV Mütevelli Heyeti Üyeleri ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri, Tiran New York Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Cem Zorlu’nun yanı sıra akademisyenler ve Türkçe gönüllüleri katıldı. Sempozyumda bildiriler, paneller, atölyeler ve istişare toplantıları vesilesiyle alanında uzman akademisyenler, araştırmacılar ve eğitimciler bir araya geliyor. Sunulan bildiriler, sempozyum sonrasında kitaplaştırılarak ilgililerin erişimine sunulacak.

“Türkçe, Göç Sayesinde Farklı Coğrafyalarda da Hayat Buluyor”

Açılış oturumu, TBMM Başkanı Numan Kurtulmuş’un gönderdiği telgrafın okunmasıyla başladı. Ardından Tiran New York Üniversitesi Rektörü Ali Güneş, göç olgusu ve sempozyumun gelişim sürecine ilişkin değerlendirmelerde bulundu. Güneş, sempozyumun Balkanlar ile Türkiye arasındaki ilişkilerin güçlenmesine katkı sağladığına ve bölgenin güncel sorunlarının ele alınmasına imkân tanıdığına vurgu yaptı. Ayrıca, göçün insanlık tarihi boyunca süregelen bir olgu olduğuna değindi. Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Cem Zorlu ise dil, kültür ve medeniyet arasındaki ilişkiye dikkat çekerek, Türkçenin ortak bir kültür dili olarak taşıdığı öneme vurgu yaptı.

Türkiye Maarif Vakfı Başkanı Mahmut M. Özdil, Türkiye Maarif Vakfının faaliyetlerine değinerek Türkiye Maarif Vakfı için Balkanların kendine özgü ağırlığını her zaman koruduğunu ifade etti. Türkçenin tarih boyunca ve günümüzde çeşitli coğrafyalarda hayat bulduğunu ifade eden Özdil, göçmenlerin Türkçe’ye kattığı zenginliği vurguladı. Başkan Özdil: "Türklerin ve dolayısıyla Türkçenin Orta Asya’da başlayan ve Anadolu’da devam eden yolculuğu, farklı coğrafyalarda da hayat bulmakta. Göç ve dil ilişkisi konuşulurken genellikle göçmenin yaşadığı çeşitli zorluklar, ana dilini korumakta yaşadığı güçlükler, uyum sorunları gibi konular ele alınır. Ancak bizim Türkçede yaşadığımız tecrübe göç ve dil ilişkisinin olumsuzluklardan ibaret olmadığını gösteriyor. Göçmenlerin Türkçe’ye kattığı büyük bir zenginlik söz konusu. Farklı sesler, tınılar, ritimler dilimizi bozmak bir kenara zenginleştiren unsurlardır." dedi.

Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi Başkan Vekili Mustafa Uzbaş da konuşmasında, Türkçe ve Türk kültürüne olan ilginin dünya genelinde giderek arttığını ifade etti. Uzbaş, Balkan coğrafyasındaki tarihî ve kültürel bağların bu ilgiyi daha da anlamlı kıldığını vurguladı.

Dr.@arkanzeynep1’ın başkanlığında gerçekleşen “Balkanlarda Sanatın ve Tarihin İzleri: Edebiyat, Şiir ve Mekân” oturumu ile Mütevelli Heyeti Üyemiz Prof. Dr. Zarife Seçer’in başkanlığını üstlendiği “Balkanlarda Dil, Edebiyat ve Kültür: Karşılaştırmalı Çalışmalar ve Sosyokültürel İncelemeler” oturumu bugün gerçekleştirildi. Sempozyum bildiri sunumlarının yanı sıra paneller, atölyeler, istişare toplantıları gibi organizasyonlarla Konya’da devam edecek.

❝Göç ve dil ilişkisi konuşulurken genellikle göçmenin yaşadığı çeşitli olumsuzluklar, ana dilini korumakta yaşadığı güçlükler, uyum sorunları gibi konular gündeme gelir.
