Bütçe Yapılırken Emeğin Hakkı Teslim Edilmelidir! AK Parti Grup Başkanı@avabdullahgulerve Plan ve Bütçe Komisyonu Başkanı@mehmedmus‘u TBMM’de ziyaret ettik. Kamu görevlisinin maaş/ücretlerinin belirlenmesindeki asli zemin sosyal tarafların yer aldığı toplu sözleşme masasıdır.

Masada yetersiz, Hakem’de geçersiz kararla belirlenen maaş/ücret artışları TBMM’de bütçe görüşmelerinde düzeltilmelidir. Bugün Ekim ayı enflasyon oranı açıklandı ve aynı zamanda YDO belli oldu.

Devlet alacakları için %25,49, kamu görevlisine aktaracağı kaynak için %11+%7 artış öngörüyor. Bütçe; paylaşma, aktarma, hak verme zeminidir. Eksik olanı tamamlama, yanlış olanı telafi etme sürecidir. Ziyaretimizde kamu görevlilerinin bugün yaşadığı ve önümüzdeki yıl daha derinden yaşayacağı mali sorunları dile getirdik.
