“İstihdam Edilebilirliği Artırmak İçin Beceri Geliştirme Projesi” Kapsamında Düzenlenen Eğitici Eğitimi Tamamlandı Genel Müdürlüğümüz ve Birleşmiş Milletler Kalkınma Programı (UNDP) iş birliğinde yürütülen İstihdam Edilebilirliği Artırmak İçin Beceri Geliştirme Projesi kapsamında, 20-24 Ekim 2025 tarihleri arasında Ankara’da Eğitici Eğitimi gerçekleştirildi. Üretim, satış ve hizmet sektörlerine yönelik, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli (TYMM) ile uyumlu hazırlanan A2 ve B1 seviyesindeki mesleğe özgü Türkçe dil eğitimi programlarında açılacak kurslarda görev alacak eğiticilere yönelik gerçekleştirilen eğitimlerde yetişkin eğitiminde güncel yöntem ve teknikler, hibrit öğrenme yaklaşımları ile TYMM’de vurgulanan erdem-değer-eylem çerçevesi ele alındı. Proje kapsamında, başta geçici koruma altındaki Suriyeliler olmak üzere uluslararası koruma statüsündeki kişilerin istihdama geçiş süreçlerinde niteliklerinin artırılması hedeflenmekte olup toplamda sekiz bin kişiye ulaşılması planlanmaktadır. #HayatBoyuYanınızdayız
