Cumhurbaşkanımız Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 500 Bin Sosyal Konut Projesindeki evlerimiz, ayda 6 bin 750 liradan başlayan taksitlerle ödenecek. Satış bedeli ise, 1 milyon 800 bin liradan başlayacak. Bu konutlar, devlet güvencesiyle yüzde 10 peşinat ve 240 ay vade ile satışa sunulacak. Yani, vatandaşlarımız uzun vadeli, düşük taksitli ve güvenli bir şekilde ev sahibi olacak. Şimdilik sadece İstanbul’umuzda uygulanacak model ile TOKİ eliyle kiralama sistemini kuruyoruz. İnşallah böylece İstanbul’daki fahiş kira sorununa ilk neşteri vurmuş olacağız. Bunun dışında da fahiş kira sorunuyla mücadelemiz sürecek.
